"Well stay away from this agent. I had her for several years. Which was fine up until recently. I was paying $333 a month since August of last year since I purchased a new used vehicle about 10-year-old. The other vehicle on the policy is 19 years old. I discussed this with her, and we got it down to $232. I made my payment all is well. Then for the next month's payment I get my bill and it's right back to the $333. So, I reached out to her and she pawns me off onto Jeremiah. He says he's looking into it and will get back. This guy calls me every couple days to tell me he's still looking into only to push the payment up to the deadline to have to re-evaluate the cost of my coverage. I called several times requesting to speak to Susan (who I have been dealing with for years) only to have her refuse to call me back. So moral of the story when the something isn't correct on the agreed payment Susan will ghost you and hand you over to one of her little pawns. She is worthless and will run and hide when she wants to take you for an extra $100 bucks a month. Greed rules this office. Leave and go to Progressive."
